How insurance-funded recovery works
When you call us, let us know straight away that it's an insurance job and have your policy number ready. We'll either bill your insurer directly (most common for accident claims and policies that include recovery) or you can pay us and reclaim from your insurer (more common for breakdown cover with simple policies).
For accident claims we coordinate with your insurer's claims team to make sure your vehicle goes to the right place — your chosen repairer, your insurer's preferred repairer, or to a salvage yard if it's been written off.
