Common questions
Do you recover loaded vans?
Yes — we'll recover the van with the load in place wherever possible. If the load needs to be unloaded for safety or weight reasons we'll tell you on the phone.
Can you recover vans bigger than 3.5 tonnes?
Standard 3.5t Lutons, Sprinters, Crafters etc — yes, no problem. For 7.5-tonne+ HGVs you'll need a specialist heavy recovery service.
Do you offer trade accounts?
Yes — if you run multiple vehicles or a garage/dealership that needs regular recovery, give us a call and we'll set up an account with trade rates and priority dispatch.
